Questions homeowners ask
Is it really free?
Yes. The report is free, and asking for one doesn't commit you to anything.
How accurate is it?
It's an estimate built from homes that recently sold near you, adjusted for size, and shown as a low, most likely, and high range. It isn't an appraisal. Condition and updates matter, so Rene can tighten the range after a short call or walkthrough.
Will I get a lot of calls?
No. If you leave the consent box unchecked, Rene replies by email only. If you check it, he may call or text, and you can opt out at any time.
Where does the information come from?
Closed sales from the local MLS, plus Palm Beach County Property Appraiser records for your home's size, bedrooms, bathrooms, and pool. You can correct anything that's out of date.
What if my area doesn't get an instant number?
Instant estimates need enough recent sales nearby. If your area doesn't have them yet, Rene prepares your report personally and emails it to you.
Do I have to sell?
No. Plenty of people just want to know where they stand. The report is yours to keep.
